Frozen Pumpkin

Pumkin (Kabocha) is commonly called Japanese pumpkin, especially in Australia and New Zealand. Pumkin squash is an excellent source of beta-carotene, owing to it’s bright orange flesh, which can be converted to vitamin A in the body.
