Frozen Ginger

Fresh ginger is the raw material for the production of Frozen Ginger. Ginger is the underground root of the ginger plant and  grown in Vietnam.

Ginger has a firm, striated texture. Its flesh may be yellow, white or red in color and its skin may be thick or thin depending on the plant’s harvesting time. Ginger is aromatic, strong and spicy.
