Frozen Cassava

Cassava is extensively cultivated as an annual crop in tropical (Vietnam) and subtropical regions for its edible starchy tuberous root, a major source of carbohydrates. Other names for cassava are yuca, manioc, mandioca, yucca root, casabe, and tapioca.

Frozen Cassava is an excellent source of fiber and vitamins, they may help prevent arthritis in both humans and animals. It may treat particular intestinal infections as well.
