Frozen Dragon Fruit

Vietnam is the only country in Asia producing Frozen Dragon Fruit  on a commercial scale. Beginning in Central America, the dragon berries plants were taken to Vietnam more than 50 years ago after that creation and export ballooned to 400, 000 tonnes in 2013.

The dragon fruits sets on cactus-like trees and shrubs 30-50 days after blooming and will often have 5-6 cycles of harvests every year. A number of our agreement farmers produce 30 lots of fruit per acres every year.  In addition to the White Dragon Fruit, Saka Saka Co., ltd also provides products from the Red Dragon Fruit
